In September and December 2019, we were on one of the official business trips to South America, the Argentine Republic, the city of Buenos Aires. This business trip was connected with work on one of the biggest and most complex cases.

During this (and subsequent) business trips, we had to fully study both the civil and criminal legislation of this country. We organized civil trials, and later the criminal cases were initiated. The legislation of Argentina is fundamentally different from the Russian one. At the first stages, we thoroughly studied all the nuances of this legislation, up to the practice of the Supreme Court of Argentina, the so-called “Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación Argentina”.

In the course of our work, we have gained a lot of experience related to Latin America. During our work, we have held many international meetings at the highest level (the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina, the Attorney General of Argentina and other government authorities). Our team has acquired working acquaintances in these institutions.

We formed a team of litigators in South America, including Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Colombia and Brazil.
