During telephone conversations, the “kidnapper” explained to the client that the specified abduction had been planned by him since 2019 for the purpose of illegal migration to the United States, while the presence of a disabled child gave him a number of preferences and benefits.

Using the existing established business contacts in the USA, our team organized and conducted the necessary trials (in the USA and Russia)…

As a result, on May 16, 2022, during the trial, the Federal Judge of the state of Florida, Michael Davis made the final decision on the removal of the child from the cohabitant, in order to return her to the territory of the Russian Federation to the mother.

In addition, the Judge gave us the necessary judicial permission, to obtain the necessary package of documents at the Consulate of the Russian Federation located in Washington (USA), to issue a “certificate of return to the Russian Federation” (due to the fact that the child’s passport was seized by the US border agency after illegally crossing the border).

On May 19, 2022, despite the existing complicated geopolitical situation between the countries, in the absence of direct flights, our team returned the child to the mother at the airport of Sochi, Krasnodar Krai, Russian Federation (our route back through the airports of Miami (Florida)-Washington (USA)-Cairo (Egypt)- Sochi).
